Registration is required to access certain features of the Service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

In order to ensure transparency and proper operation of tournaments, user names only are publicly displayed in tables, rankings, and standings.
Email addresses and passwords are never made public. By registering and accepting these terms, the user explicitly acknowledges and accepts the public display of their name for tournament-related purposes.
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to ensure data security and to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Users have the right to request access to, rectification or deletion of their personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, in accordance with Articles 15–22 of the GDPR.
Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH).
Upon user request, accounts and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by law or necessary to preserve the integrity of tournament records.
The Service sends email notifications related to its operation and to user participation in championships and tournaments.
Mandatory service-related emails may be sent to users without the option to unsubscribe. These include notifications that are directly related to championships or tournaments in which the user is participating, such as schedule changes, status updates, results, or important administrative information. These emails are necessary for the proper performance of the Service.
Optional informational emails may also be sent, such as general announcements about upcoming championships or events that are not directly linked to the user’s current participation. Users may unsubscribe from these optional emails at any time through their account settings.
